Paid Services
For paid services like custom design, consulting sessions, and premium templates, we offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you're not satisfied, provided the service has not been fully delivered.
To request a refund, email us at refunds@designresume.in with your order details and reason for the refund request.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased but can be transferred to another recipient. Unused gift card balances remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
